Freight Mergers welcomes growth, as it opens Central London office


London is a global centre for both private equity and transaction activity. The UK Freight industry is among the largest in Europe, and the team felt it is ‘natural’ for Freight Mergers to add to its Bristol office with a permanent presence in the capital.

David Roberts, Head of the London office, explains: “The team and I welcome the opportunity to be closer to the major freight hubs and leading private equity houses.

“We felt it was the natural progression for our advisory team to be located here, and I’m confident this expansion will significantly drive the firm’s growth over the coming years.”



Freight Mergers will continue to seek growth in international markets, being located in the most connected city in the world will allow us to showcase their services on a global scale. Additional exposure to overseas investors will benefit the team’s sell-side clients and maximise their chances of delivering successful results for shareholders.

At the same time, Freight Mergers announces a new addition to its team: Luke Mitchell, will be based at the new London office, until recently Luke worked on the M&A team for RSM UK and brings an exceptional level of client service to the team.

The team’s new office is based in No.11 Gower Street, Fitzrovia, Central London.
