Their forward thinking values has driven their business to become a top ranking company within their networks. Over the coming years there is great potential for this company as the directors do have big plans for it however, the reason for a buyer is because they are looking to become part of a larger group as the Managing Director is more hands on in the business and doesn’t see himself as an MD. The ideal scenario would be for the MD to retain shares in the company and grow with the new group.
